Dora M. Kuhn

Dora M. Kuhn, 81, of Washington, died Thursday, August 14, 2008, in Strabane Woods. She was born April 3, 1927, in Milton, West Virginia, a daughter of Eanest T. and Essie Brown Ball. Mrs. Kuhn worked as a clerk for the city of St. Albans, West Virginia, for 15 years. On August 11, 1950, she married Ralph Marshall Kuhn, who died January 18, 1977. Surviving are a son, Stephen D. (Janice) Kuhn of Washington; a daughter, Martha Ann Jarrett of Mars; a brother, Murrel (Ruth) Ball of Milton, West Virginia; three sisters, Winifrede Browning of Milton, West Virginia, Betty Keaton of St. Albans, West Virginia, and Edna Ball of Milton, West Virginia; eight grandchildren, Emily Parnell, Anna Petrovich, Abigail Kuhn, Ellen Kuhn, Andrew Jarrett, Matthew Jarrett, Samuel Jarrett and Benjamin Jarrett; and one great-granddaughter, Naomi Parnell. Deceased is a sister, Patricia Nibert. Burial in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, West Virginia, will be handled by Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans. (304-201-1603)
