Barbara Ann Chappel

Member of Meadow Lands Methodist Church Barbara Ann Chappel, 50, of Washington, died Thursday, August 29, 2002, in UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh, following a lengthy illness. She was born February 8, 1952, in Washington County, a daughter of James Franklin and Sara Ann Hoefler Chappel. Miss Chappel was a member of Meadow Lands Methodist Church and a 1971 graduate of Trinity High School. She enjoyed doing crafts. Surviving are a brother, Franklin Lee Chappel of Washington; two nephews, Christopher Lee and Nathan James Chappel; and several cousins. CHAPPEL - Friends of Barbara Ann Chappel of Washington, who died Thursday, August 29, 2002, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 3, with the Rev. John T. Shaver officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
