Frances Kay Zediker Russell

Frances Kay Zediker Russell, 58, of Washington died Friday, October 24, 2003 in her home following a 1 year illness. She was born in Washington on June 29, 1945 a daughter of the late Ralph Hayes and Margaret Pearl Fox Zediker. Mrs. Russell had attended Trinity Schools. She had previously worked at Abex Corporation, Brockway Glass, Kades Nursing Home and last at the Greenery as a Nurses Aide. She was an avid Bingo player. On December 29, 1962 she married Albert Leroy Russell who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Roger and Albert Russell Jr. both of Washington; two daughters, Sheila Cass of Canonsburg and Renee Russell of Las Vegas; a brother Ralph “ Boxer “ Zediker of Bethesda, Ohio; three sisters, Verna Lowe and Sue Zediker, both of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Tammy Jackowski of Belmont, Ohio; sixteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Preceding her in death are a brother David Zediker; a sister Margaret Zediker Lovejoy and a grandson. Friends of Frances Kay Zediker Russell, who died Friday, October 24, 2003, will be received on Saturday from 7 to 9 PM and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held on Monday, October 27, 2003 with Rev. John Mark Scott officiating. Interment will follow in North Buffalo Church Cemetery.
