Peter G. Grubich, Jr.

Peter G.“ Pete “ Grubich, Jr., 68, of Avella, formerly of McMurray, died Thursday, October 23, 2003 in the Donnell House following a short illness. He was born in New Eagle on July 19, 1935 a son of the late Peter G. and Roxie Henderson Grubich, Sr. Mr. Grubich had once worked for the Peters Township Road Department and later was owner and operator of Grubich Asphalt Paving and Landscaping. He was an avid deer hunter and a member of Buck Masters. He was a Korean War Veteran. On December 17, 1976 he married Sandra Lee Dolinar who survives. Also surviving are a son Bob Dummer of Hickory; a daughter Crissy Miller of Avella; a brother Danny Grubich of Finleyville; two sisters, Mildred Sala of Canonsburg and JoAnn Tomshay of Pittsburgh; Three grandchildren, Levi and Shayla Miller, Betty Jane Dummer as well as several nieces and nephews. Friends of Peter G. “ Pete “ Grubich of Avella who died on Thursday, October 23, 2003 will be received Saturday from 7 to 9 PM and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where service will be held on Monday October 26, 2002 at 12:00 Noon, Rev. Sue Kidder-Petritis officiating. Interment will follow in West Middletown Cemetery. Family requests memorial donations be made to: Donnell House, Leet Street, Washington, PA 15301.
