Manager of Washington Hospital Hospitality Shop Elizabeth A. Ross, 90, of Washington, died Thursday, September 25, 2003, in Kade Nursing Home, Washington, following a three-month illness. She was born March 3, 1913, in Washington, a daughter of Zeno E. and Jane M. Welsh Reedy. Mrs. Ross was a member of North Buffalo United Presbyterian Church. She was a former manager of Washington Hospital Hospitality Shop. Mrs. Ross enjoyed watching the Steelers, as well as cooking and baking. On June 22, 1929, she married Charles E. Anderson, who died September 19, 1958. On October 24, 1969, she married Nick Ross, who died September 22, 1998. Surviving are three sons, William J., Charles H. and Harry B. Anderson, all of Washington; a brother, James S. Reedy of Axtell, Kan.; a half brother, John Thompson of Jamesville, N.Y.; a sister, Loretta C. Amos of Washington; a half sister, Ellen Fretz of Washington; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Roy H. Anderson; two sisters, Mary Dixon and Stella M. Reedy Ross; two brothers, Harry and William A. Reedy; and a half brother, Ross Thompson. ROSS - Friends of Elizabeth A. Ross of Washington, who died Thursday, September 25, 2003, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 29, with elder William Foflygen officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
