Kathryn E. Post Craft

Kathryn E. Post Craft, 85, formerly of Washington, died on Monday, August 18, 2003 in the Hillsdale Community Health Center, Michigan. She was born on January 17, 1918 a daughter of Demas L. and Mary Elizabeth Post. She had been a long time member of the Bethel Presbyterian Church and the Prosperity Grange. For many years she had worked at both J.C. Penney Company and G.C. Murphy in Washington. On June 20, 1935 she married David R. Craft who died on December 8, 1989. Surviving are two sons, Floyd Craft of Bowling Green, Ohio and Kenneth Craft of Pike Road, Alabama; a daughter, Sheryl Thompson of Litchfield, Michigan; two sisters, Mary E. Gaul of Washington, Emogene Henry of Flint, Michigan; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death is a brother who died in infancy. Friends of Kathryn E. Post Craft, who died on Monday, August 18, 2003 will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, where services will be held on Saturday, August 23, at 11:00 AM, Pastor Gary Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Family requests memorial donations be made to Bethel Presbyterian Church.
