Katherine L. " Kay " Beatty Bailey

Katherine L. (Kay) Beatty Bailey, 83, of Palo Alto, Calif., formerly of Washington, died at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2003, in her home following a one-year illness. She was born January 1, 1920, in Washington, a daughter of John Edward and Nellie Agnes McGuffey Beatty. Mrs. Bailey was a member of Church of the Covenant, Auxiliary of BPOE 776 and Arms Club. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking. BAILEY - Friends of Katherine L. Bailey of Palo Alto, Calif., formerly of Washington, who died Wednesday, November 5, 2003, are to meet for services at 1 p.m. Friday, November 14, in the Chapel in Washington Cemetery, with the Rev.
