Nellie M. Morgan

Nellie M. Morgan, 86, of Washington, died Monday, June 21, 2004, in the Greenery, Houston. She was born in Washington on February 26, 1918, a daughter of Samuel Carl and Nellie S. Mansfield Schwartzfeger. Mrs. Morgan was a home maker and a member of the Living Stone Community Church, Washington. On December 23, 1934, she married Nelson William Morgan who died on November 30, 1995. Surviving are a son, Thomas Nelson Morgan of Clarksburg, West Virginia; a daughter, Jean Elizabeth Webb of Washington; three sisters, Betty Herron of Claysville, Anne VanKirk of Washington, and Virginia Moody of Ohio; ten grandchildren, Dr. Michael Webb, Jr., Dr. Christopher Webb, Lynn Riffle, Jill Moon, Faith Mendez, Thomas Morgan, Michelle Allman, Robert, Samuel, and Richard Morgan; nineteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Preceding her in death is a son, Robert William Morgan. Friends of Nellie M. Morgan of Washington, will be received from 11am to 2 pm on Wednesday in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, where services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, June 23, 2004 with the Rev. Paul Harrington officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. The family requests memorial donations be made to Odyssey Hospice, Park West One, Suite 500, Cliffmine Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15275.
