Washington homemaker was dairy worker
Mary Kathleen Bedillion, 76, of Washington, died at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2002, in Washington Hospital, following a brief illness.
She was born March 7, 1926, in Washington, a daughter of Daniel Melvin Varner and Elizabeth Iona Miller Varner Miller.
Mrs. Bedillion was a homemaker and was Protestant.
She first worked for Jones Ice Cream and later Foremost and Beverly Farms dairies.
Mrs. Bedillion was a former member of Ladies Auxiliary of Taylorstown American Legion Post 907 and Lincoln Clay Taylor Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8319.
Surviving are a daughter, Paula Clark of Washington; two sisters, Shirley Wade of Bellville, Ohio, and Naomi Fortney of Wellington, Ohio; a grandson, Barry W. Clark; two great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Kenneth Wayne Bedillion; and two brothers, Charles and Bernard Varner.
BEDILLION - Friends of Mary Kathleen Bedillion of Washington, who died Tuesday, August 20, 2002, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 23, with Pastor Gary Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
