Joanne M. Taylor

Florida resident was born in Washington Joanne M. Taylor, 69, of Davenport, Fla., formerly of New Jersey, died Tuesday, June 17, 2003, in Winter Haven, Fla. She was born May 11, 1934, in Washington, a daughter of Charles Wilson and Ruth Keirs Martin. Mrs. Taylor was a graduate of Chartiers High School and a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Florida. She moved to Florida in 1988. On August 11, 1952, she married Charles Edgar Taylor Jr., who survives. Also surviving are two sons, David Lawrence Taylor of Peoria, Ariz., and Richard M. Taylor of Minotola, N.J.; two daughters, Michelle Gillespie of Stafford, Va., and Melissa Livingston of Lampe, Mo.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. TAYLOR - Friends of Joanne M. Taylor of Davenport, Fla., formerly of New Jersey, died Tuesday, June 17, 2003, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 21. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Alzheimer's Association.
