Leslie Ann Rowe

Washington homemaker born in W.Va. Leslie Ann Rowe, 42, of Washington, died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, in her home. She was born November 7, 1959, in Fairmont, W.Va., a daughter of Jack Rowe of Asheville, N.C., and the late Willie Kay Roop Rowe. Miss Rowe graduated from Westfield High School in New Jersey, and received a bachelor's degree in history at Fairmont State College. She was a homemaker. Surviving, in addition to her father, are a daughter, Aleta Kay Rowe of Washington; a brother, Jack Rowe of Barnardsville, N.C.; three sisters, Jeanne Harris of Washington, Robin Hale of Beckley, W.Va., and Kim Rowe of Belle Mead, N.J. ROWE - Friends of Leslie Ann Rowe of Washington, who died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m., the hour of services, Saturday, July 13, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Stephen J. Russell Jr. officiating.
