Flora Ann Parker, 63, of Washington, died at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2005, in Donnell House, Washington. She was born March 21, 1942, in Washington, a daughter of Arthur Van Dyke an Jean Reed Wilson Parker. Mrs. Parker was a graduate of Trinity High School and attended numerous banking classes for her job. She was a banker and a manager for Northwest Savings Bank for 36 years. Mrs. Parker was a member of Third United Presbyterian Church, where she was an elder and member of the choir. She was a member of Community Choir of Washington and followed barbershop music for many years. Surviving are a son, Rudolph P. Keron of Washington; two daughters, Carmel (Timothy) Tuttle of San Antonio, Texas, and Andrea (Martin) McNeil of Knoxville, Tenn.; a sister, Isabelle (Tod) Mrock of Canonsburg; three grandchildren, Tyler and Caleb McNeil of Knoxville, Tenn., and Riley Tuttle of San Antonio, Texas. Deceased is a sister, Rena Jean Parker, who died in 1945.
Friends will be be recieved from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, with the Rev. Lesley Shoup and the Rev. Roy R. Willson officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
