Arnold Theodore Salada, 85, of Washington, died at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, December 2, 2004, in his residence, following a brief illness.
He was born August 14, 1919, in Forward Township, Allegheny County, a son of Sam and Veronka Pazuchanics Salada.
Mr. Salada worked in the maintenance department at Brockway Glass Plant 7 for 34 years. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington.
He enjoyed making coin jewelry and gardening. He also enjoyed fishing, particularly in Florida.
On September 29, 1967, he married Mary Donovan, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Ernest Salada, and a sister, Margaret Pansy Lacock, both of Washington.
Deceased are two sisters, Violet Walker and Lillian Norris; and a brother, Alexander Salada.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or services.
