Patricia M. Silfee, 74, of Washington, died at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2005, in Washington Hospital. She had been in declining health.
She was born September 16, 1930, in Brooklyn, N.Y., a daughter of Charles A. and Goldie McIntire Cook.
Mrs. Silfee, a graduate of Stroudsburg High School, was a homemaker and a member of Washington Alliance Church. She enjoyed square dancing, knitting and needlework.
On October 4, 1957, she married Nelson P. Silfee, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Paul B. (Maggie C.) Silfee of McMurray; a stepson, Keith M. (Sandy) Silfee of Robesonia; a daughter, Cynthia A. (Stephen M.) Moskal of Canonsburg; a brother, Charles A. Cook of Atwater, Calif.; and six grandchildren, Erin G. and Brian D. Silfee, Adam S. and Alison N. Moskal and Denise and Kyle Silfee.
Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 3 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 6, with the Rev. Clarence Croscutt officiating.
