Owner of Terry's Lounge in Washington
Terry Wayne Jackson, 58, of Washington, died at 11:20 p.m. Monday, January 13, 2003, in UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh, following a brief illness.
He was born February 13, 1944, in Washington, a son of the late William Wayne and Nellie Ruth Henderson Jackson.
Mr. Jackson was a member of Covenant Family Church in McMurray, National Corvette Association, Three Rivers Division, and various other Washington-area clubs.
He was employed by Joy Manufacturing and had been manager at Towers Jewelry Store.
Mr. Jackson enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing and people.
He was the owner/operator of Terry's Lounge in Washington.
Mr. Jackson was a 1962 graduate of McGuffey High School.
On July 23, 1999, he married Linda Lou Naylor, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Michael Jackson of Washington; a daughter, Susan Elizabeth Jackson of Washington; a stepdaughter, Mellissa Phillips of Waynesburg; three brothers, James L., William Eugene and Randy E. Jackson, all of Washington; two sisters, Patty Jackson Wise of Claysville and Peggy Naser of Washington; two step-grandchildren, Michaela and Selina Phillips; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Deceased is a sister, Nancy Napolitan.
JACKSON - Friends of Terry Wayne Jackson of Washington, who died Monday, January 13, 2003, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 am. Friday, January 17, with Pastor Keith Eggert officiating. Interment will follow in North Buffalo Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Covenant Family Church, P.O. Box 811, McMurray, PA 15317.
