Richard Allen O'Brien

Richard Allen O'Brien, 61, of Frederick, Md., died at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2002, in his home.
He was born December 2, 1940, in Morgantown, W.Va., a son of the late Theodore R. and Marguerite Watters O'Brien.
Mr. O'Brien was a purchasing agent and a self-employed computer consultant.
He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany, where he received the Good Conduct Medal.
Mr. O'Brien attended Avella schools and Washington High School, where he took advance studies in computers and purchasing.
He was a member of Francis Scott Key American Legion Post in Frederick.
Surviving are two sons, Sean Allen O'Brien of Washington and Killean Patrick O'Brien of Frederick, Md.; a brother, Robert H. O'Brien of Mt. Dora, Fla.; three sisters, Betty Riser, Barbara Mankey and Georgetta Keil, all of Washington; a grandson, Skye Allen O'Brien; and several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
