Margery Ann Bainbridge, 83, of Washington, died at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2002, in Washington County Health Center, Washington, after an 11-year illness.
She was born November 24, 1918, in Lumberport, W.Va., a daughter of William and Susan Goodrich Ferguson.
Mrs. Bainbridge was a server and cook in the Jessop Steel cafeteria for 10 years.
She was Protestant.
On December 29, 1957, she married Clyde Raymond Bainbridge, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Raymond Karp of Covington, Ga.; five daughters, Karen Bryner of Hickory, Lorretta Peffer of East Canton, Ohio, Judy Burt of Canonsburg, Margery Shrives of Tempe, Ariz., and Rose Marie Peterman of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Dick Ferguson of Washington and Harry Ferguson of Detroit, Mich.; two sisters, Edith Zelenka and Judy (Julia) Ferguson, both of Washington; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, George, Roy, Bill and Edward Ferguson; a daughter, Beverly Smith; and six grandchildren.
BAINBRIDGE - Friends of Margery Ann Bainbridge of Washington, who died Saturday, April 13, 2002, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, with the Rev. Thomas Logston officiating.
