Marie C. Horn

Marie C. Horn Worked as a machinist during World War II Marie C. Horn, 78, of Washington, died Sunday, March 24, 2002, in Donnell House, Washington. She was born June 7, 1923, in Washington, a daughter of Richard W. and Lona McKean Coates. Mrs. Horn was a 1942 graduate of Washington High School and worked as a machinist in defense plants during World War II. She worked as a department head for Grant's for seven years and later for Hill's for 10 years. Both stores were in Washington. Mrs. Horn was a member of Lone Pine Christian Church. On March 10, 1951, she married Roy L. Horn, who died July 13, 1958. Surviving is a son, Richard L. Horn of Lone Pine. Deceased is a sister, Martha Kelley.
