Belinda E. " Boots " Ostrander

Belinda E. “ Boots “ Ostrander, 58, of Washington, died Sunday, July 3, 2005, in the Donnell House after having been ill since January, 2004. She was born on May 20, 1947, in Washington, a daughter of the late Paul Milton Riethmiller and Edith E. Wheatley Riethmiller of Washington. Mrs. Ostrander was a 1965 graduate of Washington High School. She was a member of the Church of the Covenant, Washington High School Band Aids, and enjoyed helping children and students. On July 13, 1968, she married Eugene Ostrander who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Janell Lynn, Melanie Rae, and Ashley Marie Ostrander, all at home; a niece, Bridgett Riethmiller of Finleyville; and a great-niece, Taytum Alexa Riethmiller. Preceding her in death is a brother, Alan Paul Riethmiller. Friends of Belinda E. “ Boots “ Ostrander, 58, of Washington, who died Sunday, July 3, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on both Tuesday and Wednesday, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington where services will be held on Thursday , July 7, 2005, at 11:00 am, Rev. Dr. Kenneth Schott officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
