Thomas W. Randolph, 61, of Washington, died on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at the Washington Hospital, after a seven-year illness. He was born on September 30, 1945, in Washington, a son of Walter and Agnes Bentz Randolph.
Mr. Randolph worked as a laborer at various local companies.
He enjoyed his CB radio and working on electronics. He belonged to the Claysville Senior Center and the James R. Hunt Post 639, Claysville American Legion. He had previously belonged to the American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175.
Mr. Randolph was a 1965 graduate of Trinity High School.
Mr. Randolph was a United States Air Force veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.
Surviving are 6 aunts, Lois Gazvoda, who was also his caregiver for almost 7 years; Martha Kanish, Pat (Allan) Wargo, Maxine (Pat) Gillenwater, Rose (Howard) Anderson and Leona Bentz, an uncle, Robert (Betty) Bentz and many cousins and great cousins.
Deceased are a son, Christopher Randolph and a sister, Carol Ann Randolph.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301. Funeral services and burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
