Marjorie G. Llewellyn, 81, of Waynesburg, died on Saturday, May 28, 2005, in the Beverly Health Care Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Ebansburg, on May 15, 1924, a daughter of William A. and Olive Miller Dias.
Mrs. Llewellyn was a member of the Church of Christ in Washington and had been very active prior to her illness. She worked for more than twenty years in the Dietary Department of Washington Hospital until her retirement. She was a Steeler and Pirate fan and also enjoyed Embroidery work.
On January 25, 1943, she married Chester Llewellyn, who died in October, 1959.
Surviving are a daughter, Darlene G. Kosak, of Washington; a brother, William Dias of Langloth; a sister, Betty Rollinitis; three grandchildren, Lowell Kosak and his wife Katie, Phillip Kosak, and Erica Serbak and her husband Michael; three great-grandchildren, Daniel and Noah Kosak, and Terrence Serbak.
Preceding her in death are a sister, Helen Steele; and a brother Ralph Dias.
Friends of Marjorie G. Llewellyn, 81, of Waynesburg, who died on Saturday, May 28, 2005, will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, and on Tuesday, from 12-noon to 1 pm, at which time a service will be held, in the Church of Christ, 700 Allison Avenue, Washington, Lowell Kosak, John Wright, and Bob Davison officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, Hickory.
