John R. Mccloskey

1988 Washington H.S. graduate. John R. McCloskey, 35, of Washington, died at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2005, in Washington Hospital emergency room. He had been ill for two weeks. He was born July 10, 1970, in Washington, a son of the late John and Marie Ilene Garrity McCloskey. He was a 1988 graduate of Washington High School and worked as a glass cutter. Surviving are a son, John R. McCloskey of Washington; two brothers, Ricky and Randy King, both of Washington; two sisters, Georgia Bitonti and Candy Conklin, both of Washington; and his former wife, Rebecca Jean Garber. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
