Home health care worker Hazel Elizabeth Stewart, 81, of Washington, died Sunday, October 13, 2002, in Washington County Health Center, Washington. She was born July 13, 1921, in Washington County, a daughter of Blanche Burgh. Mrs. Stewart was Protestant. For many years she worked as a home health care worker. Surviving are a son, Timothy J. Stewart of Claysville; a brother, Robert Burgh of Claysville; a sister, Sarah J. Hildreth of Washington; and four grandchildren, Chelsea, Jonathan and Corrie Stewart and Stephanie Hopkinson. STEWART - Friends of Hazel Elizabeth Stewart of Washington, who died Sunday, October 13, 2002, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 16, with the Rev. Susan VandeKappelle officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Munntown (Eighty Four).
