Jack A. Frazier

Jack A. Frazier, 45, of Washington, died Monday, August 9, 2004, as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born October 24, 1958, in New Eagle, PA, a son of Jack and Connie Cox Frazier, of Washington. He was a graduate of Trinity High School. Mr Frazier was a coal miner and had worked Enlow Fork for the past three years. He was Presbyterian. He enjoyed softball and played in the Canonsburg Church League. Jack also coached girls softball, as well as Bronco League. He was a collector of Robert Clemente memorabilia, he enjoyed motorcycles and golf. Surviving in addition to his parents are two daughters, AmiJo Frazier and April Maxwell, both of Washington; a brother, Chris Frazier of Rockingham, NC; and a sister, Catherine Dames of Washington, PA. Friends of Jack A. Frazier, of Washington, who died Monday, August 9, 2004, will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. 925 Allison Avenue, Washington where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday with the Rev. James Ingram officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
