Avella resident formerly employed at Red Lobster
Jody Lynn Rencheck, 35, of Avella, died at 3:35 a.m. Sunday, November 24, 2002, in University Hospital, Charleston, S.C., as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born May 19, 1967, in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of Edward Allen and Geraldine Ann Penrod Myers of Avella.
Mrs. Rencheck attended Brook Hills Free Methodist Church in West Virginia.
She attended Avella High School and was formerly employed at Red Lobster in Robinson Township.
On June 22, 1985, she married John David Rencheck, who survives.
Surviving, in addition to her husband and parents, are two sons, Brandon John Rencheck and Travis Lee Rencheck, both of Wellsburg, W.Va.; a brother, Edward Allen Myers II of Germantown, Md.; and two sisters, Geraldine Hancher of Washington and Mary Naomi Myers of Martins Ferry, Ohio.
RENCHECK - Friends of Jody Lynn Rencheck of Avella, who died Sunday, November 24, 2002, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the hour of services, Saturday, November 30, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with Pastor Cynthia Foster officiating. Interment will follow in Independence Cemetery.
