Raymond David Garber Sr., 60, of Eighty Four, died Friday, November 1, 2002, in Donnell House, Washington, following a lengthy illness.
He was born November 23, 1941, in Washington County, a son of the late Raymond and Ida Eva Schrader Garber.
Mr. Garber had been a truck driver for Federouch Landscape Co. for 13 years.
He was Protestant.
Surviving are six sons, Ronnie Crow of Masontown, James Garber of Spraggs, Dale Garber of Missouri, and Harold, Michael and Raymond Garber Jr., all of Washington; three daughters, Sue Garber of Waynesburg, Sheryl Burnsworth of Marianna and Cindy Garber of Washington; two brothers, Glenn Garber of Prosperity and James Garber of Washington; four sisters, Mary Lou Speece of Washington, Laura Ann Wilhoft of Prosperity, Elsie Orndoff of Clarksville and Thelma Jenkins of Marianna; and 22 grandchildren.
A brother, William Garber, is deceased.
GARBER - Friends of Raymond David Garber Sr. of Eighty Four, who died Friday, November 1, 2002, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 4, with Pastor Gary Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Horn Cemetery, Marianna.
