Partner at C.S. Bell and Sons was Korean War vet
Lloyd H. Bell Jr., 70, of Washington, died at 8:22 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2002, in the Henrico Doctor's Hospital emergency room in Richmond, Va.
He was born August 5, 1932, in Washington, a son of Lloyd H. Sr. and Mary Barnes Bell.
Mr. Bell was a partner in C.S. Bell and Sons on Donnan Avenue in Washington prior to his retirement. The shop had been a NAPA dealer for 95 years.
He was a member of Washington Lodge 164 F&AM, Syria Temple, Coudersport Consistory, Edwin Scott Linton American Legion Post 175.
Mr. Bell was a member of First Christian Church of Washington.
He was a graduate of Trinity High School and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
Mr. Bell enjoyed coin collecting and model trains.
On October 14, 1967, he married Patricia Lesko Bellotti, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, John Bellotti of Richmond; a daughter, Mariann Bellotti of Washington; a brother, Gordon L Bell of Clearwater, Fla.; two grandchildren, Sarah and J.T. Bellotti; and several nieces and nephews.
BELL - Friends of Lloyd H. Bell Jr. of Washington, who died Friday, December 27, 2002, will be received from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of services, Tuesday, December 31, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Paul P. Leone officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or First Christian Church of Washington.
