Member of Faith Presbyterian Church Olive Dille Mankey, 97, of Washington, died at 11 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2002, in Hillsview Rest Home, Claysville. She was born September 19, 1905, in Dunn Station R.D.1, a daughter of J. Homer and Addie Sanders Dille. Mrs. Mankey was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church, Washington, and its Ruth Circle. A homemaker, Mrs. Mankey was a graduate of Prosperity High School, received her teaching certificate from Washington & Jefferson College and attended a beauty academy. On April 13, 1940, she married Raymond C. Mankey, who died January 19, 1995. Surviving are a son, Harry E. Mankey of Canonsburg; a brother, Walter Dille of Washington; four grandchildren, Jay Mankey, Rawni Lynn White, Anthony Mankey and Joe Mankey; and three great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Jay W. Mankey; three brothers, Donald Dille, Paul Dille and Harry Dille; and a sister, Marie Andrews. MANKEY - Friends of Olive Dille Mankey of Washington, who died Tuesday, December 3, 2002, will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, December 7, at William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 395 East Maiden Street, Washington, with the Rev. Edward Gray officiating. Interment will be in Prosperity Cemetery.
