Penn Mould machinist from Burgettstown
Harry F. Harding Sr., 69, of Burgettstown, died at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2002, in Donnell House, Washington, following a seven-month illness.
He was born May 13, 1933, in Uniontown, a son of Louis and Leona Hall Harding.
Mr. Harding attended Uniontown schools.
He had worked as a machinist at Penn Mould for more than 20 years.
Mr. Harding was Protestant and a former member of Arms Club.
He was a member of Independent Club and Edwin Scott Linton American Legion Post 175.
Mr. Harding served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Surviving are two sons, Harry Harding Jr. of Burgettstown and Richard Harding of Washington; a daughter, Susan Bogan of Washington; six grandchildren, Brian Harding, Renee Kovac, Ronald Bogan Jr., Ethel Clark, Travis Harding and Ginger Hibbert; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Robert Louis Harding; a brother, Louis Harding; and two sisters, Ella Mae Ryan and a sister who died in infancy.
HARDING - Friends of Harry F. Harding Sr. of Burgettstown, who died Tuesday, December 3, 2002, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 6, with Pastor Susan Kidder-Petritis officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Burgettstown. Full military rites will be accorded by Edwin Scott Linton American Legion Post 175 of Washington. The family requests memorial donations to Donnell House, Leet Street, Washington, PA 15301.
