David Daniel Comer

David D. Comer, 19, of Washington, died Friday, July 16, 2004 in UPMC hospital, Pittsburgh, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident. He was born in Washington, on March 10, 1985, a son of Elizabeth "Liz" Comer of Washington and Stephen Stimpson of South Carolina. Mr. Comer was a 2003 graduate of Washington High School. He had played baseball in Mustang, Bronco, and Pony Leagues. He was working at Valley Tire in Bridgeville at the time of his death and had worked at Eat-n-Park and McDonalds on Chestnut Street in the past. Surviving are a son, Presten Michael Daniel Comer of Washington; a daughter, Madesyn Rose Comer of Prosperity; a half brother, Stephen Stimpson, Jr of California; Maternal grandparents, Carl and Karen Comer of Washington, Wilma Laucks and Dale Underwood of Wilmington, Michigan; Maternal great-grandmother Isabelle Hughes of Washington; Paternal grandmother, Mildred Stimpson of Washington; An Aunt, Tammie Brodak of Charleroi; five uncles, Lenny, Bill, Carl, and John Comer, all of Washington, Kenny Comer of Illinois; three great-uncles, Wally, Bob, and Chuck Comer, all of Washington; six great-aunts, Donna Hadden, Pat Miller, Dorothy Comer and Joann Davis all of Washington, Darlene Sharrow of Michigan and Lois D'Emilio of Florida; several cousins and many friends. Preceding him in death are three great-grandfathers; several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Friends of David D. Comer, 19, of Washington, will be received from 7 t0 9 pm Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Monday in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at 1:00 pm. Rev. John Depolo officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
