Homemaker, hair stylist was hospital volunteer. Jessie Delphine McNatt, 80, of Washington, died at 5:55 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007, in her home. She had been in declining health for the last three years. She was born March 19, 1927, in Carmichaels, a daughter of Oakey Osborne and Bertha Stella Blaker Osborne Howard. Mrs. McNatt graduated from Carmichaels High School and was a homemaker and hair stylist. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church and a volunteer at Washington Hospital. Mrs. McNatt loved to attend auctions and enjoyed shopping. She had lived in New Jersey before retiring to Pennsylvania 15 years ago. On April 7, 1967, she married John R. McNatt, who survives. They had just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Also surviving are a son, John (Linda) Porterfield of Forked River, N.J.; two daughters, Darla DiMatteo of Linden, N.J., and Debra (William) Collins of Toms River, N.J.; two half brothers, John Howard of Bedford Heights, Ohio, and Benjamin Howard of Carmichaels; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Deceased are two sons, Roy and Ronnie Porterfield; and a brother, Carl Arthur Howard. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 18. Burial will follow in Laurel Point Cemetery, Carmichaels.
