Co-founder of All Faith Mission The Rev. Helen Beach Harrington, 85, of Washington, died at 4:20 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2003, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. She was born February 10, 1917, in Washington County, a daughter of Samuel M. and Martha J. Miller Beach. Mrs. Harrington attended Abundant Life Baptist Church. She was a co-founder of All Faith Mission Inc., having been very active from 1964 to 1990, when she retired. On July 2, 1937, in Washington, she married the Rev. Harry Thomas Harrington, who died October 13, 1994. Surviving are two sons, Thomas H. Harrington and David M. Harrington, both of Washington; two daughters, Charlotte A. Pearson and Martha Miller, both of Washington; 20 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Deceased are a daughter, Dorothy Polan; two sisters, Ruth Anderson and Mary Beach; and four brothers, Wilfred, Kenneth, Meridith and Edward Beach. HARRINGTON - Friends of the Rev. Helen Beach Harrington of Washington, who died Thursday, January 16, 2003, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 20, with the Rev. Paul T. Harrington officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Presbyterian Medical Center or Alzheimer's Association.
