Betty Louise Lightner

Betty Louise Lightner, 71, of Washington, died Thursday, July 10, 2003 in the Donnell House. She was born in Washington on February 16,1932, a daughter of Harry E. and Lucille Hart Webster. She is a graduate of Waynesburg High School and worked at Western Area Vo-Tech in the cafeteria for 7 years. Later, she worked for Chartiers -Houston School District as a custodian until retiring in 1996. She is a member of Beulah Baptist Church. On June 30, 1950 she married Arthur Franklin Lightner who survives. . Also surviving are two sisters, Marie Phillips of Prosperity and Phyllis Ullom of Washington; several nieces and nephews. Friends of Betty Louise Lightner, who died Thursday, July 10. 2003 will be received on Friday from 7 to 9 and Saturday from 1 to 3 PM, the time of service in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Rev. Harry A. Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. Family requests memorial donations to the Donnell House, Leet Street, Washington, PA 15301 or Beulah Baptist Church, Graysville, PA, 12337.
