Gregory Alan Powell, 44, of Washington, died Saturday, November 27, 2004, at 8:59 p.m. in Washington Hospital. He was born August 4, 1960, in Reading, a son of Barbara Lykens Powell of Sinking Springs and the late Thomas E. Powell Sr. Mr. Powell had been employed at Falcon Plastics as a plastic technician for the past six years. He was a Trinity High School graduate and served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Powell enjoyed collecting old baseball cards. On October 28, 1983, he married Mary Elizabeth Antosh, who survives with a son, Gregory Alan Powell Jr. of Washington. Also surviving are a stepson, James Antosh of Westland; two daughters, April Powell Bonus and Desiree Powell, both of Washington; two brothers, Thomas Powell Jr. of Washington and Terry Powell of West Lawn; two grandchildren, Ariel Bonus and Jenna Marie Antosh.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the hour of service, Wednesday, December 1, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Dr. Kenneth N. Schott officiating.
