Norma Jean Conrad

Norma Jean Conrad, 70, of Washington, died Sunday, November 21, 2004 in the Donnell House following a lengthy illness. She was born in Washington on October 18, 1934, a daughter of Charles F. and Nellie Amon Williams. She was a 1952 graduate of Washington High School and a member of Central Assembly of God Church in Houston. She was a member of her church choir and had taught Sunday School. She was a longtime caregiver for children. On October 7, 1972, she married Kenneth Conrad who survives. Also surviving are a son, Keith Groves of Washington; a daughter, Cindy Yanushetsky of Washington; three brothers, John Neilson of Hatboro, Walter Neilson of Washington, and Charles Williams of Warminister; three sisters, Margaret Goodwin of Warminister, Betty Foflygen and Sandra Kopko, both of Washington; four grandchildren, Stephen Paul, and Albert Anthony Yanushetsky, David Edward and Anthony Joseph Groves. Friends of Norma Jean Conrad, 70, of Washington, who died Sunday, November 21, 2004 , will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2004, at 1:00 pm, Pastor Ralph Volpe officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations be made to the Donnell Hospice House, Leet Street, Washington, PA 15301.
