Caleb Matthew Parker, 31, of Canonsburg, formerly of Heber City, Utah, died Monday, July 5, 2004, in the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Oakland, following a five week illness. He was born on January 30, 1973, in Provo, Utah, a son of C. Ron and Rebecca Marks Parker of Heber City, Utah. Mr. Parker was a Pharmacy Technician and had most recently worked at RX Partners in Bridgeville, PA. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and latter Day Saints in Washington. On June 21, 1996, he married Michelle Fletcher who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Briana Parker, at home; His Paternal Grandmother, Adeline Parker of Rapid City, South Dakota; four brothers, Chad Parker of Spanish Fork, Utah, Chet Parker of Casper, Wyoming, Chay and Cody Parker, both of Heber City, Utah; a sister, Ann Mecham of Provo, Utah. Friends of Caleb M. Parker will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Friday in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, July 10 from 10 to 11 am in the Church of Jesus Christ and Latter Day Saints, Fairway Drive, Washington, where services will be held at 11 am with Bishop Bruce Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery.
