Jeffrey Allen Brozik, Jr., 15, of Canonsburg, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 15, 2004, at 12:35 am in Children�s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He was born in Washington on November 10, 1988, a son of Jeffrey Allen and Pamela Ruth McCullough Brozik, Sr. of Canonsburg. Jeffrey had once attended classes at United Cerebral Palsy as well as Washington Elementary School and was currently a ninth grader at Canon-McMillan.
He was an avid sports fan and had played in the Challenger Baseball League. Jeffrey also was involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation and had traveled to a Pay Per View Wrestling event as a guest and met with the professional wrestler � Sting � whom he has always admired.
Surviving in addition to his parents are Maternal Grandmother Beverly McCullough of Washington; Paternal Grandparents Thomas and Rojean Brozik of Uniontown; a brother Adam Brozik at home; a sister Amber Brozik of Washington; a nephew Rian Smittle; and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Friends of Jeffrey Allen Brozik, Jr., 15, of Canonsburg, will be received on Thursday from 7 to 9 pm and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, where services will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2004, at 11:00 am with Pastor . Rick Bruckner officiating.
