Tammara Denise Taylor, 47, of Washington, died at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2007, in her home following a lengthy illness.
She was born November 30, 1959, in Charleroi, a daughter of the late Frank and Vivian Whitlock Davison.
Ms. Taylor was a graduate of Washington High School and the Median School, Pittsburgh. She worked in the medical records department of Canonsburg Hospital for 22 years.
Ms. Taylor was Baptist and enjoyed reading, children, and solving puzzles. She also enjoyed feeding the animals outside of her apartment complex.
Surviving are a brother, Bryan Milligan of Washington; a niece, Ashley Ruffa; a nephew, Bryan Milligan, Jr.; several aunts and uncles, including two aunts, Lillian M. Allen and Antoinette Whitlock, and an uncle, Noah Jackson, who were her caregivers.; and several cousins, including Shawna Whitlock.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2007, in John Wesley United Methodist Church, Central Avenue, Washington, with Rev. Harold Knappenberger officiating.
