Attended Washington-Greene ARS Frank Pitek, 48, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 27, 2003, in Washington Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born May 17, 1955, a son of John Pitek and the late Anne Wright Pitek. Mr. Pitek was Roman Catholic. He attended Washington-Greene ARS, an adult training facility. Surviving is a brother, Andy Pitek of Washington. PITEK - Friends of Frank Pitek of Washington, who died Tuesday, May 27, 2003, will be received from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 30. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
