Gerald Lee (Jack) Hanna , 54, of Bithlow, Fla., died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, in Florida Hospital of Orlando, Fla.
He was born September 19, 1948, in Washington, a son of Thelma Harshman Hanna of Washington and the late Walter Hanna.
Mr. Hanna had been employed at Mel Blount Youth Home and later at The George Washington hotel.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Hanna was a 1967 graduate of Washington High School.
Surviving are three sons, Gerald Hanna Jr., Brian Hanna and Darren Hanna, all of Washington; a daughter, Jennifer Tharp of Washington; four brothers, Harold, Edward, Richard and Robert Hanna, all of Washington; three sisters, Dolores Tarr, Patricia Onopiuk and Cheryl Coates, all of Washington; and five grandchildren, Brian, Jessica, Cody, Zachary and Mikayla.
HANNA - A memorial service for Gerald Lee (Jack) Hanna of Bithlow, Fla., who died Wednesday, May 14, 2003, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, in First Church of the Nazarene, 1336 North Main Street, Washington, with the Rev. Joseph Schiren officiating. Interment in Washington Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Administration Hospital, Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA. Arrangements made by William G.
