WWII Navy veteran was Ferris Brothers deliveryman. Frank B. Naser, 78, of Washington, died at 8 a.m. Thursday, November 25, 2004, in Washington County Health Center, Washington, following a lengthy illness. He was born March 2, 1926, in Washington, a son of Frank B. and Helen Swart Naser. Mr. Naser was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church and attended Trinity High School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Pacific Theater during World War II. Mr. Naser was employed as a deliveryman for Ferris Brothers and had worked at Air Reductions Chemical Co. and Air Products Co. He was involved in Little League baseball and played ball, enjoyed playing cards and volunteered for seniors. On August 2, 1947, he married Evelyn Louise Heres, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Karen Louise Lynch of Washington; two sisters, Jean Taborn and Peggy Reed, both of St. Petersburg, Fla.; four grandchildren, Thomas and Kelly Lynch, Tara Della Fave and Lauren Corveleyn; and two great-grandchildren. A daughter, Sandra Corveleyn, is deceased. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, November 29, in St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church, Washington, with the Rev. Thomas D. O'Neil as celebrant. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
