Sarah Hazel Bradley Turk, 85, of Washington, died Friday, May 4, 2007, in the Donnell House.
She was born in North Franklin Township on April 29, 1922, a daughter of Andrew Thomas and Hazel Dunn Bradley.
Mrs. Turk had attended both Washington and Trinity schools and had worked for several years at Hazel Atlas # 1, here in Washington.
She is a member of the First Lutheran Church of Washington.
On November 15, 1956, she married John Turk, who died on May 7, 1978.
Surviving are three sisters, Iris I. Roupe, F. Jean Schirosky, and Margaret M. “ Peg “ Bradley, all of Washington.
Mrs. Roupe is preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth, William, Robert, Earl, Patrick, and Thomas Bradley; sisters, Mildred Carey and Dorothy Sprowls.
Friends of Sarah Hazel Bradley Turk, 85, of Washington, who died Friday, May 4, 2007, will be received on Monday from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, where services will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at 1:00 PM, Rev. Dr. Kenneth Schott officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
