Hilda D. Wagner, 85, of Brighton passed away on December 18, 2007 in Brighton, Colorado. She was born on February 16, 1922 to Lawrence and Francis Maye (Dunn) Davidson in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Hilda attended Mt. Pleasant Township Public Schools. She was married to Harry Wagner on August 16, 1952. Hilda had lived in the Brighton area since 2001. She had spent the majority of her life in Hickory, Pennsylvania and had worked in the Cox's Department Store in Washington, Pennsylvania. Hilda was an accomplished seamstress, baked and canned and loved spending time in her garden. She was a role model to her family and those in her community. She was a proud and prolific grandmother and great-grandmother. Hilda is survived by her sons Robert (Nancy) Reedy of Venetia, Pennsylvania, Wes (Susan) Reedy of East Lansing, Michigan, James (Sally) Reedy of Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, David (Donna) Reedy of Walsenburg, Colorado; daughter Bonnie (Michael) Kolano of Brighton; brother Kline Davidson of Hickory, Pennsylvania and sister Janet Weimer of Glasco, Montana. Hilda is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Hilda is preceded in death by both parents Lawrence and Francis Davidson, husband Harry Wagner, brothers Louis, Renzie and Richard Davidson and sister Nora Jean Simpson. Friends will be received 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the hour of the service, Friday, December 28, 2007 in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, with Rev. Les Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Upper Buffalo Presbyterian Cemetery, Washington. Memorial contributions can be made to the Brighton Senior Center at 575 Bush Street, Brighton, Colorado 80601.
