Wilhelma Michelle “Willy” Walther, 43, of Washington, died Wednesday, February 8, 2007, in Donnell House following a brief illness.
She was born February 20, 1963, in Washington, a daughter of Gail Martha Conklin Walther, of Washington, and the late Cyril Glenroy Walther.
Miss Walther attended Clark School, graduated from Washington High School in 1983, and was employed through ARC.
She was a member of Jefferson Avenue United Methodist Church.
Miss Walther enjoyed television, the Steelers, horseback riding and needlework.
Surviving are two brothers, Cyril N. (Kathy) Walther, of Washington, and Regis (Janet) Walther, of Amity; and a sister, Cyrilla (Richard) Kockler, of Bradford.
Friends will be received 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, and 2 to 4, 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue. Services will be held Sunday, February 11, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. in Jefferson Avenue United Methodist Church, 160 Jefferson Avenue, with the Rev. John Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Prosperity Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions to ARC Human Services, 270 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347.
