Marianne Bedillion, 79, of Washington, died Friday, October 20, 2006, in Donnell House, following a brief illness. She was born January 26, 1927, in Washington, a daughter of Demas L. and Mary W. Swart. A graduate of Washington High School, Mrs. Bedillion was employed by Bon-Ton as a salesclerk for 23 years and was a homemaker. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her great-granddaughter. On August 26, 1955, she married W. Wayne Bedillion, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Linda L. (Wally) Parcha and Susan D. Reihner, both of Washington; a son, Philip Keith Frye of Florida; four grandchildren, Janine B. Frye of Nashville, Tenn., Philip K. Frye III of Meadow Lands, Rebecca L. Mulreany of Enola and J. Joshua Reihner of Martins Ferry, Ohio; a brother, Charles R. (Carol) Swart of Florida; a sister, Nancy (Charles) Howard of Washington; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Deceased is her first husband, Philip K. Frye Sr.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 23, with the Rev. Gary Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
