Jeanne Lee Barlow, 57, of Washington, died at 6:50 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2006, in Donnell House, Washington, following a three-year illness.
She was born December 30, 1948, in Waynesburg, a daughter of James Frederick and Clara Lee King Barlow.
She worked at Washington Elections Registration Office until her retirement, due to ill health.
She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
She was regional director of Democratic Women District 17, member of Washington Moose Chapter 318, Edwin Scott Linton Post 175 of the American Legion Auxiliary and South Strabane Volunteer Fire Department 2.
She was a Patten football cheerleader.
She was a 1967 Trinity High School graduate and a graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Computer Management School.
Surviving are two goddaughters, Shannon and Summerlea Rusilko; a brother, Stephen Lee (Jodi) Barlow of Washington; two nieces, Eliza L. and Brooks R. Barlow; a nephew, John Burnett; and several cousins.
She was a granddaughter of Donley and Jeannette King and Samuel and Eliza Barlow.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 21, with the Rev. Karen Stevenson officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
