Margaret Elizabeth Fish Yoders, 86, of Washington, died unexpectedly Tuesday, January 9, 2007, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born January 30, 1920, in Washington, a daughter of Allen Kramer and Carmen Byers Fish.
Mrs. Yoders worked as a packer at Hazel Atlas #1 and at Metro Glass for 20 years.
She enjoyed playing bingo, cooking, painting pictures and spending time with her grandchildren.
On January 9, 1943, she married Irvin Gordon Yoders, who died November 7, 1999.
Surviving are two daughters, Judith (Bill) McCarrell and Peggy (Richard) Durbin, both of Washington; one sister, Romona (John) Rice of Marianna; four grandchildren, Richard C. Durbin, David Durbin, Michael McCarrell, and Kenneth McCarrell; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three sisters, Harriett Davis, Florence Fender and Elsie Henderson; and two brothers, George Fish and Carl Fish.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2007, with the Rev. Dr. David Felty officiating. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery.
