James Thomas Schollaert

James Thomas Schollaert, 26, of Canonsburg, died on Saturday, August 4, 2007, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born on April 27, 1981, a son of James J. Schollaert, of Eighty-Four, and Joyce L. Nesbit, of Canonsburg. Mr. Schollaert was a student at Greenville Technical College in Greenville, South Carolina. He was Protestant. He had previously attended St. Patrick's School, and the Fort Cherry and Trinity school districts. James enjoyed walking his dog, "Boo", on the beach. He also enjoyed comic books, and competing, very successfully, at "Magic Trading Card" tournaments. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Todd E. Schollaert of Canonsburg, and his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Nesbit, of Washington. Deceased are his maternal grandfather, E. Grover Nesbit, and his paternal grandparents, Julian and Evelyn Schollaert. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301, where services will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Douglas Reinard officiating. Burial will follow at the Robinson's Run Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to Juvenile Diabetes Research, 900 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222
