Sarah Louise Zook

Washington homemaker. Sarah Louise Zook, 67, of Washington, died Monday, April 24, 2006, in Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness. She was born June 23, 1938, in Washington, a daughter of Leonard and Louise Tiano Veltri. Mrs. Zook attended Trinity High School and was a homemaker. Her husband, William C. Zook Jr., died October 6, 1999. Surviving are a son, James A. (Debbie) Zook of Monroeville; two daughters, Janet L. (Jon) Attridge of Quincey, Ill., and Joyce A. (John) DeLeo of Jonestown, Texas; two sisters, Donna (William) Conkle of Washington and Barbara (Robert) Clutter of Washington; five grandchildren, Christina Lukasiak, Jodi and Courtney Zook and Jon and Jennifer Attridge; and a great-grandchild. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, with Ken Barner officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
