Margaret Ann Wise

Margaret Ann Wise, 74, of Washington, died at 7:30 a.m. Monday, March 27, 2006, in Washington Hospital following a six-year illness. She was born July 2, 1931, in Washington, a daughter of Marco and Helen Hill Maglee. Mrs. Wise attended Washington schools and worked as a packer at Brockway Glass 7. She enjoyed playing bingo and being with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Wise was Presbyterian. On November 14, 1949, she married Charles M. Wise, who died March 24, 1996. Surviving are a son, Charles M. (Sally) Wise Jr. of Washington; two daughters, Judy (Jim) Allen of Washington and Janet Maloy of Washington; two brothers, Richard Gallagher of Missouri and Jack Gallagher of Wisconsin; four sisters, Shirley Gallagher of Erie and Pudge Carrie, Audrey Goodson and Debbie, all of Wisconsin; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Mark Wise, and a daughter, Jane Petko. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or services.
